Note for the cottage

When you are preparing to leave it would really help us if you don’t strip the bed down. Just pull the covers back up and leave it to us. If you could do the dishes before you leave, that would be most appreciated.

Cancellation policy

Our cancellation policy is a total refund less any costs if cancellation is 7 or more days before the start of stay date. We are willing to negotiate on a case by case basis if the cancellation falls within the 7-5 day period. There will be no refund for cancellations within 48 hours of start of stay date.

 

Guest access and parking

Once payment has been made guests will receive a contact phone number and the combination to a lock box that contains the key. There is plenty of parking space in front of the cottage.

 

What to bring with you

We are around 20km from the closest dairy at either Tapawera or Upper Moutere, so bring what you want to eat or drink with you. It would also pay to make sure you have at least enough gas in the tank to get to either of those places.

 

Check in, check out times

Standard times are check in from 2pm and checkout by 10am but we can negotiate times depending on the arrival and or departure of other guests.
